We live and work in harmony with nature so that we can show respect to the world around us and pass on a healthy environment to the next generation. For us, this means that we mow our fields in an insect-friendly manner and only spread fertilizers on the fields that are produced by our animals. Our cattle enjoy the hay that we bring in throughout the summer. We now also produce some grain for our chickens. This ensures a closed economic cycle.
We avoid using artificial fertilizers and pesticides on our vegetables and grain.
The house is heated with CO2-neutral wood chips from the region. We produce most of the electricity with our own photovoltaic system on the house and barn roof.
